Father and Son From Florida Hit The New River

Chalmers and his son were up from Florida for a week in our beautiful Blue Ridge Mountains only to find it hot and humid here as well. That didn’t stop the duo from landing a boat full of fish and enjoying the river and its scenery. Although no monsters landed, the numbers and average size made it a great day. We did hook into a good musky that cut the line at the boat that made the day even more interesting. Great day with great folks.
