Great day on delayed harvest despite low water

Fished a delayed harvest stream thursday with Joe A. from the Triangle area. We had a great day despite low water conditions catching LOTS of fish including one really nice one around 20 inches and another decent fish around 15 inches. Some places the fish were really active in fact we caught fish 2 at a time, 3 different times!
