Welcome to Tri-State Angler guide service. Our guides specialize in fly fishing float and wade trips for trout and smallmouth bass. We guide on the Watauga, South Holston and New rivers as well as numerous smaller wild trout streams in east Tennessee, western North Carolina and southwest Virginia. We have also added Lake Erie tributary steelhead trips that must be experienced to be believed! Our fly fishing guides are seasoned veterans with many years experience guiding in these waters; we cater to seasoned anglers as well as providing patient, understanding instruction to beginners. Good day on the lower New, no monster but lots of nice fish, some on top but most subsurface including these a 18 incher and a 17 incher on top North Carolina Fly Fishing
