Productive Day On Wild Trout Streams

Terry from Greensboro wanted to hit some wild trout streams in the Ashe and Watauga County area. We started with one with mostly brown trout which proved to be productive even though the recent rains made the casting and hook setting a challenge. Terry managed to land some pretty good fish from some tight spots. We ate lunch and then headed to a stream with a little more room and a combination of brown and rainbow trout. This stream proved to be more productive and Terry improved with each cast and fish landed. Great job Terry.
