Welcome to Tri-State Angler guide service. Our guides specialize in fly fishing float and wade trips for trout and smallmouth bass. We guide on the Watauga, South Holston and New rivers as well as numerous smaller wild trout streams in east Tennessee, western North Carolina and southwest Virginia. We have also added Lake Erie tributary steelhead trips that must be experienced to be believed! Marty and myself will be reporting on what is happening with TSA and the trips we guide (plus our on fishing trips). We will also be giving reports on what is working for us and techniques we are using to catch the fish. We can’t give away all our secrets, but there will be some useful information for folks to view. There will be some postings of flies we tie along with the materials needed. We want to be your complete guide service and hope this is another way for our customers and future customers to enjoy the sport we love and want to share with you.
