Surprise Brown Trout from the New River

Terry and his son planned a day fishing for the hard fighting smallmouth bass in the New River but do to the weather, dingy water, and dropping temps ended up with fish we weren’t targeting. With a muskie and a brown trout being the surprises of the half day trip. Both gentlemen said they enjoyed the day despite the wind and other distractions and plan on another trip. I hope the weather is a little more agreeable. Thanks guys.
