Upper New River Is Producing Great

Took Joe and Bill from Terrell, NC on September the 4th and had a great day. The smallmouth were being hard to get along with that morning so we broke for lunch around one o’clock. Getting back on the water about one-thirty we were pleased to find the fish decided it was time to eat also. When all was said and done, we ended the day with 40 to 50 fish and several nice ones. Joe had one that bent his fishing pole double but we didn’t get to see what it was. Another one of those stories of the one that got away. Great day with some great fisherman. Thanks guys.
