Watauga River tailwater caddis hatch

done the first of several days to come on the Watauga tailwater for the annual caddis hatch with Rick B. and his son Eric of Charlotte, NC Saturday April 14th. Although heavy rain and winds were forecast, it turned out to be a great day both weather and fishing wise. Both Rick and Eric caught lots of fish and lost many others.
